Hotel Association Nepal organized two days training on Service Excellence on February 5-6, 2018 at Airport Hotel, Kathmandu. The training was organized with the objective of educating the employees of HAN member hotels on Guest Satisfaction and Best Practices. The training was had 24 participants from various Member Hotels. Training program was conducted by Mr. Sanjeev Thapa. The Training was organized by Mr. Sajan Sakya, Treasurer HAN. The Secretary General Mr. Binayak Shah distributed certificates to the participants' ceremony. It has been proposed to hold similar Trainings targeting Tourist Standard Hotels outside of Kathmandu Valley over the next few months.
