Hotel Association Nepal offers a gamut of accommodation ranging from international chain hotels to affordable budget hotels. Over 250 member hotels, which are spread throughout the country, have received official recognition from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of Nepal.

Over the years, Nepal has proven, not only to be the land of the highest mountain, Mt Everest, and as the birthplace of Gautam Buddha, but has also established itself as a premier adventure sports destination and trekkers’ paradise. Along with the white water rafting and bungee jump thrill, mountain and dirt biking trips, rock climbing and canoeing, new trekking trails across the country are opening up virgin and unexplored Nepal which await intrepid travelers and alike.

Nepal is also a sound balance between culture and nature. It has been known for its ageless tradition, lively festivals splattered with legends and myths and for itswildlife and natural splendor. The country boasts the endangered one horned rhinoceros along with45 different species of reptiles and amphibian, 900 species of birds and over 600 species of butterflies, just to highlight few aspects of nature.

I would like to welcome you to taste the diversity of nature in all its forms in Nepal. From meeting diverse group of ethnic groups and witnessing their cult practices in ecological settings ranging from the world’s highest point to the colorful southern plains, the ambience and the experience in store is truly worth a try that will leave you craving for more.
